In view of this, the church dorected its pastors, their wives,lay officers and members in general not to patronize any prayer meetings organized by the camp henceforth.
Mrs. Rebecca Bedford and her husband, Elder Emmanuel Bedford, a daughter and son-in-law of Auntie Grace who are the principal characters in propagating the false doctrine were excommunicated from the church accordingly.
